设计理念|本案属于古建筑改造项目,广州传统民居三间两廊青砖结构百年碉楼,年久失修,整个设计我们秉持“修旧如旧”的理念来进行设计以及修缮。主楼部分由于房东担心建筑年久结构安全问题,坚决不同意改动室内任何一面砖墙。为了确保建筑安全和让房东放心,在设计上将破旧的碉楼从功能和美观上进行重新的规划设计,让其更加适合办公需求又不会破坏原有建筑结构。而杂草丛生的果园秉持不砍老树的基础上进行路线和功能分区优化设计,大面积的果岭和掏回来的老麻石路,没有过多的装饰,而是简约质朴,回归最自然的美。原有年久失修接近倒塌的猪棚狗舍,通过卸瓦,换梁,加柱,盖瓦,将原有破浪不堪的砖墙小黑屋改造成一个阳光充足的多功能室,可满足开会,接待,沙龙,聚餐等活动。整个设计施工由于资金预算有限,在保证效果的前提下,废物利用高达90%左右。

Large areas of greens and old gravel roads are not excessively decorated, but simple and simple, returning to the most natural nice. The original poorly repaired and nearly collapsed pig shed and kennel, through unloading tiles, replacing beams, adding columns, and tiling, transform the original dilapidated brick wall small black house into a sunny multifunctional room, which can satisfy meetings , Reception, salon, dinner and other activities. Due to the limited budget for the entire design and construction, under the premise of ensuring the effect, the waste utilization is as high as 90%.
