    《海兔雨棚》《The Sea Hare Canopy》说明:

    项目位于中国粤港澳大湾区的大亚湾,迎接逢勃发展的海滨城市,当地最大购物中心。设计师为其创作参数艺术的装置建筑物《海兔雨棚》。

    “海面的波浪一行接一行,像一座座移动的山丘,海浪一片一片拍打岩石,浪花飞溅,汹涌澎湃,看似无序的不经意,一切都述说着引力的参数关系。阳光穿透浪花、穿透海面,一星星的闪耀,跟随着舞动。闭上眼睛,随着引力作用让思维跃进海里,光线穿透海水,笔直的指向深海,阳光渴望将整个海洋照亮,假如透过阳光看见整个海洋的生物,千奇百怪的海洋生物将如同百花齐放,璀璨斑斓。此时,发现到了“海兔”。海兔的特征、色彩、让人浮现各种好奇的联想,融合所有的思索,睁开眼时,海兔雨棚浮现在眼前。”

    以海兔的形态美学,融合海浪、阳光的特征为创作出发点;用六角体三维参数模式将雨棚的功能从情感化体验角度切入。

     

    (立体拉伸)

    六角体三维拉伸的形态参数构建出空间景观与人的体验。

     

    (工学)

    结构力学与美学兼顾一体,准确计算每一节点拱形力学参数,抵挡台风的抗风参数,抵挡抗震的满足性,抵挡声波震动的风险。

     

    (阳光)

    阳光透过有色玻璃穿透到地面,随着不同的时间实时变化,传递出人、建筑物、色彩与自然的微妙关系;

     

    (意念)

    “海兔”曲线波动的身体造型,斑斓鲜艳的色彩;海洋波浪曲线造型,海面的光线折射;海底串游的体验,如同阳光照射海面波光粼粼的光线同时穿梭进海水里面,鱼群的游动,潜入海中的感受,综合式的抽象情感转化并隐藏在这参数构筑物里,然人群感受到另一种各自不一样的体验。

     

    (建造)

    大量的参数构建,每一块构建与每一块玻璃都是独立数据统一输出,遵循着三维拉伸美学关系,三维形体上再生长立体的多边体参数,多边体又支撑出不同维度的纯平玻璃面,多维度的定位系统与手工施工误差的累加,极大增加参数化的把控,和玻璃与口径误差的安全落位把控。

     

    The project is located in Daya Bay in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, China. In a coastal city with prosperous development, it is placed in the largest shopping center in the region. The designer has created the parametric art installation named The Sea Hare Canopy.

    “The tides roll in row after row, looking like one moving hill after another. Each tide laps the rocks, with waves splashing and surging. In these seemingly disorderly and random sights, everything reveals the parametric relationship of gravity. The sunlight penetrates the waves and the sea, with star-like glittering spots dancing with it. Close your eyes and allow your mind to leap into the sea with the role of gravity. The light goes through the sea and straight down to the depth. The sunlight is eager to illuminate the entire sea. Seen through the sunlight, the aquatic creatures of all sorts look like blooming flowers, presenting a bright sight in a riot of colors. At this moment, the ‘sea hare’ is found. Its features and colors bring various curiosity-drawing associations to minds where all thoughts are blended. Eyes open, with the sea hare canopy right in the front.”

     

    The creation starts with the physical aesthetics of the sea hare, which is fused with the characteristics of waves and sunlight. It taps into the emotional experiential perspective of the canopy’s function by using the 3D parameter mode of a hexagonal body.

     

    (3D stretching)

    The morphological parameters of the 3D stretching of a hexagonal boy has constructed a spatial landscape and human experience.

     

    (Engineering)

    It considers both the structural mechanics and the aesthetics, with accurate calculation of the arch mechanic parameters in each node, the wind resistance parameters against typhoons, satisfactoriness against earthquakes, and resistance against risks of acoustic vibrations.

     

     (Sunshine)

    Sunlight penetrates the tinted glass to reach the ground. Changing in real time in different periods of a day, it has conveyed the subtle relationship among humans, buildings, colors, and nature.

     

    (Ideas)

    The body shape of the “sea rabbit” with a fluctuating curve reveals bright colors. The curve shapes of the ocean waves bring forth the refraction of light on the sea surface. In the experience of swimming under the sea, one feels like the sunlight shining on the sea surface and shimmering into the sea water. The swimming of fish gives the feeling of diving into the sea. These comprehensive abstract emotions have transformed and hidden in this parameter structure, with each in the crowd feeling a unique experience.

     

    (Construction)

    In the great amount of parameter construction, each piece of construction and each piece of glass is of a unified output with independent data, following the 3D stretching aesthetic relationship. On the 3D shape are generated 3D polygon parameters, while the polygon supports the pure flat glass surfaces in different dimensions. The multi-dimensional positioning system and the accumulation of manual construction errors have greatly increased the control of the parameterization and the control for the safe matching against the glass and the caliber errors.
